I ship items within a few days if they are in stock. If I need to pour to order, I usually ship within one week of ordering. If it is an extraordinarily large order, I will e-mail you with expected ship date. If you want anything custom painted, please e-mail me, and I will try to accommodate you.

Not pleased with your order? Contact me and I will try to satisfy you. You can return ornaments for a refund, but you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
